There are Multiple levels of involvement for teens within TALK.  The first level is being a Kontributor and once somebody who is between the ages of 12 and 18 submits the application and the parent/ teen-signed documents (found on this website), they are considered a Kontributor - easy, peezy, lemon squeezy.

Kontributor  helps with many tasks at events and shows - often are working their way up to be Kontributing Artists or Leaders

All other levels of involvement will land on one of two paths.  - the "Artist" or the "Leader" path.  One can be just on the "Artist" path, but to be on the "Leader," path, it is recommended that the teen also be on the "Artist" path.

TALK's Kontibuting Artists represent all the major media, including:
 Visual Arts   -  including sculpture and photography
Literary Arts   - poetry, fiction, non-fiction & journalism
Music - solo artists, duets, bands
Media Arts - computer graphics, webdesign & video formats
Performing Arts  acting, dance & performance art

The Leader Path
- TALK Members, can be involved in all TALK decisions and will be helped to find their best ways to contribute - after demonstrating consistency and commitment to TALK can step-up to help at TALK events and at the TALK forums can present an idea for an event - if deemed plausible, they (an individual or small group) will be named "Project Leader" and then TALK will provide resources to help build a team and to get the project done.
- Project Leader Will receive individual mentoring and support from an adult who is skilled in an art form consistent with the project and who has been trained on TALK leadership training principles. The Project Leader will be assisted in navigating the process of getting their project done (e.g. team building, budgeting, follow-through, etc.).  Examples of Projects done (or being worked on) by teens in this capacity include;
           - Writing & directing a feature-length theatrical production]
           - Envisioning and organizing a full-day teen music festival
           - Envisioning and organizing a fund raiser
           - Organizing a large-scale public artwork (mural / sculture)
           - Organizing & managing TALK's coffee & refreshments
- YoLK Officer (elected position) Chairperson, Vice-Chair, Treasurer
